 THE NEW CCSCD FEE SCHEDULE TO TAKE EFFECT ON AUGUST 1, 2010, WHICH INCLUDES A $25.00 CHARGE FOR EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS.

State Administrative Fee: A $25.00 fee represents a uniform statewide per application surcharge established by the State Soil Conservation Committee (SSCC) on Chapter 251 applications submitted to a New Jersey Soil Conservation District. This fee will be used by the SSCC to support program administration and is effective April 15, 2010.

New RFA Form

Effective October 1, 2009 Stormwater Construction Permit (5G3-NJ0088323) Requests for Authorization (RFA) applications will no longer be accepted and processed along with your Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan application* by the local Soil Conservation District. Permittees are required to submit their applications and payment electronically online utilizing the NJDEP's Stormwater Construction Activity E-Permitting System, or via paper application to the NJDEP's Bureau of Permits Management. Information and instructions for completing and submitting RFAs using either process may be accessed through the NJDEP web page at http://www.nj.gov/dep/stormwater .

 

SESC Readopted Rules

The newly adopted rules pertain to single family home exemptions, demolition activities and increased enforcement possibilities. The revised rules will have a positive impact on our quality of life and the environment will be enhanced through the prevention of soil erosion damages. Click here to download
