Effective October 1, 2009 Stormwater Construction Permit (5G3-NJ0088323) Requests for Authorization (RFA) applications became an E-Permitting System.  Information completed on the RFA E-Permit application must be consistent with the information submitted on the Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Application.

The Stormwater Discharge Permit Program requires the permit to be updated when there is a change of ownership, operating entity or an administrative update to the project. Click on the form below that best describes your updated information and submit a copy to the NJDEP and the District.
